escapetospain.co.uk was established in 1999 to cater specifically for clients looking to buy property in the Costa del Sol region of Spain. Over the years we have expanded to cover all the popular regions of Spain and her islands. All enquries are handled initially from our base in Manchester and then passed to the relevant team in Spain, where our experienced and knowledgable staff are happy to offer their expert advice on buying property in your preferred area. All the properties listed are through our network of trusted partner agents and developers located throughout Spain. We update our website every week to ensure we are NOT one of those websites where every property was sold 3 years ago!

Over the years we have established strong working relationships with a number of estate agents in Spain and also work closely with leading property developers such as Taylor Woodrow and TM Real Estate where we are often able to take advantage of exclusive offers which we are able to pass on to our clients. Because we are totally independent we pride ourselves on offering our clients a total service and are happy to show clients any properties they wish to see.

Our Team

Ian Cunningham heads up our Spanish office; Ian has lived and worked in the Costa del Sol for the past 10 years and has been running the escapetospain office in the Costa del Sol since its inception in 2002. Ian has an excellent knowledge of the property market on the Costa de Sol and Andalucia region of Spain, he has been a regular contributor to articles in the International Property Press.

Paul McMullen looks after enquiries for the Balearic Islands , Canary Islands and Costa Blanca region of Spain. Paul has worked for escapetospain since 2001 and has travelled extensively throughout the country. Paul is a regular contributor to overseas property articles in the UK national press including the Independent, Daily Telegraph, Sunday Mirror, Daily Mail as well as many of the specialist overseas property magazines and overseas property websites.
