Situated on a small hillside about the 5km mark of the Ibiza – San Jose road, this villa is beautifully decorated in modern Mediterranean style, It overlooks the town of Ibiza and on a clear day the island of Fomentera can be seen. A large garden to the rear of the property with a fully erected marquee is suitable for great garden parties.

The nature reserve of Las Salinas is a few moments
away, where you can find the old salt flats and the
renowned Malibu restaurant.

We have built a thorough understanding of the needs of independent travellers coming to Ibiza. It is our goal to ensure that everything goes to plan, but when it doesn't we're there. We have our own local resident partner, who knows all the issues, the do's and don'ts, and above all knows the island and it's people.

Once you have confirmed your booking with us you will be given the contact details of your own Location Manager.
Feel free to call at any time should you have questions regarding your stay on the island. If your flight is delayed for any reason, a quick call to your Location Manager will ensure we are kept right up-to-date with your new arrival time.

Nothing can be more daunting for the independent traveller than to be left alone on arrival, - particularly when you have a villa to find in the dark with nothing more than a small map and obscure instructions! After you have been met by your Location Manager, we will ensure that everything runs smoothly, including assistance with
your hire car, and escort to your villa.

On arrival at your villa your Location Manager will ensure everything is in order, answer any of your questions and familiarise you with your new surroundings. A welcome
pack will be waiting for you in appreciation of your custom.

We are on hand throughout your stay should you need assistance or advice on anything that threatens the enjoyment of your villa, or of course if you need medical help.

We can also offer advice and make reservations on your behalf regarding clubs, bars, restaurants, boat charter, fishing, water skiing, scuba diving, or any other activity you may wish to indulge in.

Finally, when it is time to go home, we are happy to help with your departure in the same manner as your arrival, just to ensure everything runs smoothly - and it doesn't stop there! Should you discover you have inadvertently left something behind, just call and we will do our best to sort it out!
