Villa with communal pool set in in a quiet and
attractive new residential area on the outskirts of town.
3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twin), full bathroom
upstairs, shower room with toilet and handbasin downstairs. Fully
equipped kitchen with fridge-feezer, hob and oven, washing machine,
kettle, toaster, iron and board, clothes airer. Attractively furnished
throughout, TV in lounge. Heaters for winter months. There is a
terrace from the main bedroom, rooftop solarium and front porch
equipped with patio furniture and sun loungers. The property also
has air-conditioning/heating in the living room and main bedroom.
The garden area has parking space for one car.
All bedding, hand towels, tea cloths and electricty
are provided but guests should bring their own beach/pool towels.
The communal pool is close by, access only with a key provided in
the house.
Bars, supermarkets and restaurants are a short
walking distance and the local bus service passes every 30 minutes,
taking 10 minutes into town. The surrounding area is flat and ideal
for walking or cycling. The nearest beaches are just over a mile
away, situated either side of the town centre.
Torrevieja is approximately 35-40 minutes drive
from either Alicante airport or Murcia, airport transfers can be
arranged. Car hire is recommended but not essential, names of companies
available if requested.
LOCAL INFORMATION:
The Costa Blanca "White Coast" boasts
over 300 days of sunshine per year, attractive for sun-worshippers,
golfers and water-sport enthusiasts alike. Blue Flag beaches and
a shallow shlef provides perfect conditions for children and swimmers
of all abilities. The area adjacent to the salt lakes is a nature
reserve and good for bird watching. The climate is said to be especially
beneficial for sufferers of respiratory diseases or arthritic ailments.
Torrevieja is an attractive typical Spanish town
with street markets, cafes and bars. There are golf courses at Villamartin,
Campoamar and Los Rambli which are approxiamtely 20 minutes drive.
Bowls at La Siesta which is 5 minutes along the road. Some bars
have pool tables and children's areas. Fishing near San Miguel,
sea fishing from the pier or by boat from the harbour. The children's
"Park of the Nations" picnic park and boating lake with
swan-shaped boats is 15 minutes walk. A Go-Kart track is just out
of town on the Cartegena Road.
In the centre of town are three underground car
parks and large open-air car parks near the pier. Bars, restaurants,
markets, shops for all requirements, banks and supermarkets. There
is a bohemian market every day of the year along the sea front,
from the small fairground to the marina. The Friday morning town
market is said to be one of the largest in Spain. The indoor market
in the town centre is ideal for very fresh fruit, vegetables, meat,
fish, cheeses, bread and sweets.

A booking deposit of 25% is required to reserve. Balance to
be paid 6 weeks prior to travel. The villa is prepared for
arrival and cleaned on departure. NO PETS. Changeover days
are negotiable depending on existing reservations, midweek
bookins accepted.
