The Apartment is situated in the beautiful and
very popular La Pacheca Urbanization. La Pacheca has been established
now for over 30 years and forms part of the Picturesque Mountain
Village of Benahavis, famous for its many Restaurants, specializing
in Traditional Andalucian and French cuisine.
The Urbanisation Boasts a large Swimming Pool complete with changing
rooms and Showers and for the more energetic there is a Tennis court.
This large apartment has everything that a family
would need for a relaxing and enjoyable Stay. The large lounge consists
of two new sizable sofas, one large dining table and four chairs.
Through the double doors there is a terrace with astounding views
of the river and mountains.
After an evening glass of wine on the terrace you can return to
the apartment and enjoy the satellite television with all the programs
to keep you in touch with home.
There are two twinned Bedrooms complete with en suite Bathroom,
both have the same views as the lounge and the lower bedroom has
its own terrace for that late morning breakfast perhaps. The fully
functional kitchen is complete with Microwave and Fridge Freezer,
all towelling and bedding is
supplied and changed weekly.
