The complex has a large swimming pool and beautiful gardens. It is situated at only 800m from the lively marina of Puerto Duquesa with its shops, small cafes, restaurants and bars, and accompanying golf club and hotel. The town of Estepona is only 10 minutes by car and Gibraltar is 25 minutes. Everything is here, but should you be looking for the attractions of Marbella and Puerto Banus, they are at a mere 15-minute drive away. If you enjoy swimming in the sea, you have unspoiled and beautiful beaches only five minute away by car.

The apartment has a new fully fitted and fully equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher, washing machine, and microwave. In its splendid terraces you can have breakfast or dinner enjoying terrific views to the Mediterranean Sea, golf course, or the communal swimming pool. But if you like sunbathing with privacy, you will feel comfortable in its private solarium.

All bed linen and full size hand, bath and beach towels supplied and the apartment is cleaned before occupancy. Within the lounge there is a TV which receives satellite channels and a stereo music system. Car hire or airport transfers can be arranged if required.
