Playa Rocio is situated in Puerto Banus, the millionaires' playground. The apartments are 1st line beach and easy walking distance to all the shops and restaurants of the "Port". The enormous gardens with pools and lawns reach to the beach and promenade. The pool has a lifeguard in high season. These new apartments have 24-hour security and underground secure car parking. The apartments are all fully air-conditioned. The interior walkways have large planted areas on both sides giving a feeling of relaxed tranquillity.

The apartments at Puerto Banus are 1st line beach at the "Jose Banus" statue end of Puerto Banus. The urbanisation is set around the enormous pools and gardens and has 24 hour security, underground secure parking and is only a five minute walk to all the night life and shopping of Puerto Banus. It is however far enough away that this does not intrude on the peace of a night in eating on the balcony!

The 3 bed apartment is on the ground floor and has 2 bathrooms. This apartment has a large terrace with views over the gardens to the side.

These apartments are equipped to the highest standards having, TV, video, CD player, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, dryer and air conditioning/heating. The pool area has communal sunbeds and a lifeguard in the summer.
