The well known department store, El Cortes Ingles, a large variety of other shops, bars, restaurants, nightclubs, the beach, and the famous Puerto Banus marina are all within a few minutes walk. The complex is in a quite location away from the noise of the nightclubs themselves if you decide to have a quiet night at home sipping wine on the terrace. The complex has 2 large swimming pools, with sun beds provided, and beautiful tropical gardens.

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped; it has satellite T.V., V.C.R,C.D/Cassette/Radio, dishwasher, washing machine, and air conditioning. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 doubles and 1 with a double and single bed, 2 bathrooms finished in marble, a large lounge/dining room, fully fitted and equipped kitchen and a utility room, Hair dryer is supplied and a cool box for picnics is available.
The terrace of the lounge overlooks both swimming pools, has sea views and is equipped with table and chairs for al-fresco dining. All bed linen and full-size hand and beach towels are supplied and changed weekly.
